Food safety probably is the top priority when we dining out. New York City have been done a great job of monitoring food safety and restaurant sanitation over years. Every restaurant is scheduled for at least one inspection every year. After each inspection, the restaurant will receive a score, the lower the better. In the plot, I summarized some interesting things I discovered when exploring the dataset maintained by New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
